Version 2.1 — 24 September 2026
Your timers, your history and your settings stay in your phone’s memory. The publisher receives none of it: no account, no server, no copy of anything.
This version shows no ads: nothing leaves your phone, and no ad network receives anything. A banner is planned later on in the free version, and this page will be updated before it appears.
Two honest caveats, detailed below: speech synthesis hands the text to be spoken to your phone’s voice engine, and your system’s automatic backup may copy the app’s data into your own cloud space.
MobiTime is published by Perfect Your Workout.

Everything is written to the app’s private storage, on your device. None of it is sent to the publisher. It is kept until you delete it or uninstall the app.
The app itself stores nothing else: no device identifier, no IP address, no location, no contacts, no photos, no health data imported from elsewhere. Your phone’s advertising identifier is used by Google, not by MobiTime — the “Advertising” section says exactly what.
This version shows none. No ad is requested, no consent form opens, and no data is sent to any ad network.
A banner is planned for later, served by Google AdMob, at the bottom of the screen and in the free version only. When it is switched on, this page will say so beforehand, a form will ask what you accept, and Google will process from your phone:
Legal basis: your consent, asked on first launch and revocable at any time from Settings › My ad choices. Declining will not stop the app from working exactly the same way.
Google Ireland Limited would act here as a controller in its own right. Its policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
As long as no ads are shown, this purchase is not offered: it would have nothing to remove.
The purchase happens entirely inside the App Store or Google Play. MobiTime asks the store to open its payment sheet, and the store simply replies whether the product is owned.
The publisher sees neither your payment method, nor your name, nor your address. All they receive from Apple and Google is a sales count, with no identity attached. The “Restore purchases” button queries the store with your Apple or Google account, never with a MobiTime account — there is none.
When spoken cues are on, MobiTime hands the text to your phone’s speech engine: Apple’s on iOS, whichever is set in the settings on Android (often Google). That text contains step names — including the stretch names you typed in yourself.
Depending on the engine and its settings, synthesis happens on the device or on that vendor’s servers. This choice belongs to your system, not to MobiTime, and is configured in your phone’s settings. You can also turn cues off in Options › Voice: no text then leaves the app at all.
When you lock the screen or leave the app mid-session, MobiTime hands the phone the list of remaining beeps with their delays. The system emits them on time, without showing any notification.
Nothing is recorded or transmitted in the process: the list holds only delays and intensities, it lives inside the app and disappears as soon as the session ends. On iPhone this playback ignores the silent switch — hence the "Cues" setting in the options.
Android and iOS can include an app’s data in the device’s automatic backup — to your Google account or your iCloud. MobiTime’s timers and history are part of that.
This backup is yours: it goes to your space, under your account, and MobiTime’s publisher has no access to it. It can be turned off in your phone’s settings (Android: System › Backup; iOS: iCloud › Backup).
Durations, intensities and perceived-effort ratings say something about your physical practice. They are handled on the same principle as everything else: they never leave the device, they are neither analysed nor cross-referenced, and they are never passed to the ad network. An ad is never chosen based on what you train.
The GDPR grants you rights of access, rectification and erasure over your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. For everything stored on the device, they are exercised directly in the app, with nothing to ask anyone — the publisher holds no copy.
If a system backup was made, it is deleted from your Google or iCloud account settings — the publisher cannot touch it.
You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).
MobiTime is not specifically aimed at children. The app asks the ad network for general-audience ads only, and declares no child-directed content — so it does not enter the advertising programmes reserved for them.
This version adds the banner ad and the purchase that removes it. It is published before they go live, as the previous version promised.
Any later change to how your data is handled will be written here before it takes effect, stating what changes and for what purpose. The version and date at the top of this page are authoritative.
